Enjoy overhead views of Mount Hood National Forest, during this scenic aerial tour!
You will start the day by meeting your FAA-Certified flight instructor at the Troutdale Airport. After a quick safety briefing climb aboard the Cessna 182 aircraft and prepare for takeoff! Your scenic adventure will start by following the famous Sandy River, also known as "Quicksand River", towards the famed Mount Hood. The once active volcano now lays dormant surrounded by epic Basalt cliffs that form the Columbia River Gorge.
Your pilot will continue your journey out past the National Forest toward the city of Cascade Locks where the stunning views carry on for miles. Complete your day with unbeatable panoramas of The Columbia River.

- If booking for only 2 passengers, the flight is public, and you may be joined by other parties
- Individual participants must not exceed 240 lbs
- The combined weight for a group of 3 can not exceed 600 lbs
- The combined weight for a group of 5 can not exceed 925 lbs
- All participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and have a signed waiver by parent or guardian
- Water and headsets will be provided

Is this a private flight?
The flight is public if you only book for 2 passengers. Other parties may join you. If you book for 3, the flight is a private tour. However, you will be subject to weight restrictions.
Are there any weight restrictions?
Each individual passenger must be under 240 lbs and the combined weight of all passengers (up to 3 total) must not exceed 675 lbs.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice to your experience provider. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel/reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

It was an amazing flight to see all of the farms and huge homes from here to The Bridge of the Gods from the air. We really loved the photo opportunities. The pilot was really fun to chat with and had good information on the places we saw. Very sad to see the fire zone over the hills in the Gorge, but encouraging to hear how much it has come back, even since this spring. The hour ride seemed like seconds, there was so much to see!
