Ready to roll?
In just 2 hours, you'll discover how to make the perfect batch of sushi, from preparing delicious rice to selecting sushi-grade fish, and everything in between. It all starts with a live demo from your expert instructor, and then it’s your time to shine.
Put your new skills to the test as you create three custom rolls: classic California, spicy tuna, and a “catch of the day” roll featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. For the finishing touch, you’ll slice each roll into bite-sized pieces before plating and devouring your delicious creations.
Best of all? Everything you need is included, and the ingredients are easy to find locally. So, you can show off your new cooking skills from home!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
