Unleash the adventurer in you, as you spend a few hours making your way through a state-of-the-art high ropes course during this aerial adventure!
Your 3-hour canopy tour will begin with an introduction to your certified, award-winning guides! Once you and your group are properly fitted with safety harnesses, you'll make your way to the course.
Spread across 26 acres of land let your inner monkey run wild! Explore the 6 distinct courses with varying degrees of difficulty. You may choose to start at the beginner level or jump right into the advanced obstacles. The day is yours to spend how you like! Tackle suspended obstacles, heart-pumping crossings, and Tarzan swings all with an incredible view of Hagg Lake. Discover all 16 zip lines as you conquer each level of this thrilling obstacle course.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- Participants must be at least 7 years of age for access to the beginner park
- Particiapants must be at least 10 years of age for access to the advanced park
- All participants must be able to reach up to 5 feet
- Participants must weigh between 75-300 pounds
- Those under 18 years of age must have a participant agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian
- Participation is not advised for individuals who are pregnant or with pre-existing medical conditions

FAQs
Is this experience weather dependent?
This experience is great in all weather conditions. Rain only adds to the fun! In the event that they do have to close the course due to lightning or extreme weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
Are there any age or weight restrictions?
Yes, and it's a bit complicated. Are you ready? All participants must meet ALL of the below criteria: *Age - Participants must be at least 10 years old to access the advanced park and 7 years old to access the beginner park (first 4 courses). *Weight - All participants must weigh between 75-300 pounds *Height - All participants must be able to reach up to 5 feet in order to participate
Will water be available?
Yes, water bottles are available for purchase at the welcome center, as well as a water spigot for drinking and refilling water bottles.
Will there be storage available?
Smaller items, such as keys, can be kept in the experience provider's welcome cabin. You are encouraged to leave larger items and/or valuables at home or safely in your cars.
Are there restrooms on site?
There are bathrooms on site which are available for changing before or after you complete the course.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel/reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
