Your thrilling day kicks off when you check in with your fun and professional guide. They will provide you with a state-of-the-art e-bike, helmet, and a small cell phone holder. After a brief safety and training session, you’ll be cycling the streets like a pro!
Following your guide, you’ll cruise through the heart of downtown. Pass by Wilmington's best restaurants, shops, and landmarks while learning about the city’s rich history. Then, cross the iconic One Tree Hill Bridge on your way to Greenfield Lake. Need a boost? Let your e-bike do the work with an adjustable pedal assist!
Cycle along the lake’s pristine shores and keep your eyes open for wildlife including alligators, birds, and more. The best part? Enjoy a 15-minute stop at Wandering Cone Creamery where you can choose to purchase some of the finest small batch homemade ice cream—the perfect post-ride treat!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- Adult riders must bring a government-issued license or ID
- Riders must be at least 12 years old
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent
- No e-bike experience necessary, but you must know how to ride a standard bicycle
- To operate an e-bike, riders must be at least 4'6" and cannot exceed 7'
- Participants cannot exceed 260 pounds
- All riders must sign a Waiver Liability Form
- Helmets, a cell phone holder, and a storage bin are included

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
