Learn the ropes with a comprehensive safety briefing and harnessing lesson. Your friendly guides will offer in-depth instruction and can answer any questions that may come up, or address any concerns you may have. By the end of the lesson, you'll have the confidence to tackle the 14 treetop trails of varying difficulties.
This self-guided adventure park lets you tackle the trails at your own pace. Explore up to 203 treetop platforms connected by bridges and ladders, taking a leisurely stroll through the air or challenging your coordination with more intense rope courses. Your guides can advise the best course for your skill level or you can choose your own! These courses are color coded so you’ll know exactly what challenge you’re tackling.
Defy gravity with 49 zipline crossings that give you the chance to feel like a bird set free! Toss your head back as the wind rushes through your hair and adrenaline elevates your excitement. This 3-hour experience is great for bonding with friends, siblings, and romantic partners as you help each other through the rope courses. Be sure to capture stunning selfies among the trees.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations will be allowed. However, rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
