During this hands-on cooking class, you’ll create a steaming bowl of Japanese Ramen alongside an expert chef. First, you’ll practice basic knife skills while carefully cutting a delicious array of fresh ingredients. Then, uncover the secrets behind creating a perfectly balanced broth.
You can take your pick between two amazing ramen recipes: a Tori-Kara Black Ramen with chicken broth, breaded & fried chicken, and vegetables or Veggie Ramen using a veggie broth and stir-fried vegetables.
No matter which recipe you choose, you’ll make your noodles from scratch and customize your bowl with traditional garnishes and toppings. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets – so you can create this decadent dish again and again!
