Nice to have the option of selecting from 3 dates to attend. Luckily I was able to reschedule the experience because of bad weather. However, if I wasn’t a NY local I wouldn’t have had the luxury of changing the date/time. With that said, the tickets were exactly for the museum and visit to the 86th floor. There is an observatory on 102nd St, which you can pya extra for, but I didn’t go for that. Overall, easy to book experience and happy I visited.

With the city’s only 360-degree outdoor Observatory, the Empire State Building is a must-visit attraction. The newly re-imagined experience features a fun-filled, 10,000 square foot immersive digital and tactile museum. The exhibits celebrate the Empire State Building – from the time it was conceived to its place today in pop-culture.
Open daily, the Empire State Building is a short walk from Times Square and just steps to Macy’s, Madison Square Garden, and Penn Station.
You have not truly experienced New York City at sunset until you’ve seen it from the world-famous Empire State Building Observatory!

- Prohibited items include weapons, glass items, alcohol, outside food and drink, cans, professional cameras and equipment (tripods), sports equipment, markers, spray paint, costumes, musical instruments, and large items
- There are no locker storage facilities at the Empire State Building for personal belongings

It was excellent except for the hassle we had showing tickets when I was told to print the booking confirmation only.
