Bateaux Premier Bottomless Mimosa Brunch Cruise in New York City

I thought this experience was fantastic, and it could be a great thing to do for anyone celebrating special occasions!

Brunch cruise was great, friendly courteous crew, food was good, and the views were breathtaking.

The information contained in the onboard commentary was not great, given the rich cultural and social history of the exciting city of New York. There was a great opportunity to share the rich stories of the city, its people, architecture, personalities, etc., but this was missed. If the onboard narrator is not able to do this, then a good map with some of these details included would be great. On the subject of the booking form, it instructs customers to print out the booking form and take it to the ticket office. We confirmed our tour while we were en route from our home in Australia and are staying in an Airbnb and did't have access to a printer. When I spoke to Jeremy in the Chicago office about this he explained that the electronic copy alone would be fine, which was good news from our perspective. It makes sense therefore to clarify this in your instructions so as all travelers know the digital booking is enough, and that the printed copy is not essential.

We boarded a few minutes early, ~11:20 AM. I then realized the buffet was open at 11:30, with boarding time in order to have a brunch meal prior to departing. A wonderful selection of breakfast, lunch and desserts were available throughout the cruise. The staff greeted us as we boarded and our server was very attentive. We plan on going again for a very relaxing cruise to see the sights. The boat was very clean and temperature controlled since it's enclosed in glass. A cool experience.

Very enjoyable, food was tasty and well above my expectations. Had as many mimosas as you wanted, not just one as described. Service was outstanding and enjoyed cruise along the Hudson. Would do it again!

Beautiful day and view was incredible. Food was mediocre and entertainer/tour guide was also mediocre.

The atmosphere is wonderful, and the bottomless mimosas made the experience. But the food was cold. I work in the service industry so I know how things can be. There was no water in any of the chafers and the food was put into the buffet line as were all boarding. In total the food was probably sitting on the buffet for at least 30 min. I figure too long to be at at least 140 degrees. We had gotten out tickets as a wedding gift so it was worth it to my wife and I. But had we paid for the experience I think I would have been much more disappointed.

I recently went on your champagne, brunch boat on Sunday and unfortunately was dissatisfied. I’ve written on Hornblower two previous times and I had nothing but a great experience each time. This one left far to be desired. Not only did waitstaff keep bringing us out incorrect food, but once we receive the food, it was cold as everyone else around us was served but us, and we seem to be the last people being served. Also, my husband and I tried to obtain brunch enhancements and were told out of the five only two are available. This is never happened before.

We were very disappointed when we were not on the original ship that we paid for, I understand there were mechanical difficulties but the experience was different. The menu was not wonderful and the shop was very crowded.

Very poor experience. The service was incredibly slow and poorly managed. The food was cold and pretty tasteless. The only good thing I have to say is that the drinks were plentiful, although service of those was also painfully slow. Would advise not doing this experience
