Your 1-hour lesson begins on the sandy shores of Rockaway Beach, one of the city’s best beginner-friendly spots. Here, you’ll meet your certified instructor, who brings years of experience and a love for teaching. From your first pop-up to catching your first wave, every moment is designed to be thrilling, safe, and fun for all skill levels.
Before you hit the water, you’ll master the basics of surfing and ocean safety right on the beach. Then, slip into your wetsuit, grab your board, and get ready to ride the waves.
With your instructor cheering you on, you’ll paddle out, feel the rush, and stand up for the very first time. And don’t worry if you wipe out, there’s always another wave waiting for you!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
