Located in NYC’s Upper East Side, Festivál Cafe is a vibrant farm-to-bar cocktail cafe and kitchen offering scratch-made cuisine and of course, fresh oysters. Now, you can step into the kitchen and learn how to shuck like a pro.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a dozen oysters—six ready to enjoy and six waiting for you to shuck yourself. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll safely prep, cut, and pop each shell using a knife and gloves before savoring every briny bite.
Along the way, sip bubbles, white wine, or a martini while learning oyster essentials like terroir, proper slurping technique, and more. Plus, you’ll enjoy a complimentary dirty oyster shot, souvenir gloves, and access to additional oysters at happy hour prices!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
