When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Observatory - 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, last ticket time slot is 8:30 PM
Restaurant - 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, last reservation at 6:30 PM

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.

Was good, but visibility through windows not great due to reflections.
Experience was okay but not the trouble we had before... that was very unsatisfied. Until now our problems are'nt solved yet. We made a booking for 4 person to join the experience. However we only received 3 barcodes. After several emails, we haven't received any response. At the day of the tour itself, one person was not allowed as we had only 3 barcodes. The lady from One Tower Observatory actually could see that we booked for 4, and paid for 4, but could not give that person permission due to the missing barcode. We had to buy one extra ticket for 70 usd. She tried to call Virgin, but no response. We emailed again and still no response. 3 days later we are still waiting for answers and a refunds.
