Located at Columbus Circle, just steps from Central Park, this one-of-a-kind destination is NYC’s only museum dedicated to contemporary craft. Upon arrival, you’ll have access to both their permanent collections and rotating exhibitions.
From whimsical sculptures to thought-provoking creations, you’ll see firsthand how many artists are incorporating innovative materials into their work - think clay, paper, glass, flowers, and more. The museum is also home to several working artist studios, where you can admire pieces in progress and even meet some of the creators.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- The Museum is fully accessible for visitors with wheelchairs
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the galleries
- No luggage or large backpacks are permitted in the galleries
- All bags are subject to inspection
- Only small, collapsible umbrella-style strollers can be accommodated on the gallery floors
- Free self-service storage lockers are available for visitors
- Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere within the building or outside the Museum
- Non-flash photography is permitted throughout most of the museum

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
