At Mercer Labs, anything is possible! Located in the heart of New York City’s Financial District, this unique museum redefines the relationship between art and technology.
As soon as you step inside, you’ll feel like you’ve traveled into the future. Explore exhibit spaces, all of which feature interactive and immersive experiences. You’ll walk through stunning infinity rooms, explore spaces with colossal projections, and so much more.
In The Dragon Room, discover an unparalleled visual experience with 507,000 LEDs – the largest installation of its kind! Then, step into the world’s most unique 4DSOUND gallery with omnidirectional sound that renders vivid space sound holograms.
Finally, don’t miss Mercer Lab’s newest exhibit, Maestros and the Machines. Step into a world where classical legends meet modern tech—featuring futuristic sounds and beats produced by the one and only Timbaland.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Monday through Wednesday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Thursday through Sunday - 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
*Museum closes 75 minutes after last entry. Blackout dates and times may apply.
This experience is not available for same-day booking. Please book at least 2 days in advance of your desired visit date.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
