Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
Customer Reviews
Even though the class itself was fine the venue (a Hyatt hotel buffet area that had its dining tables papered over) made the experience unpleasant. I would expect to be in a kitchen or really any space meant for teaching, or cooking. We were told to buy beer/wine from the hotel gift shop if we wanted a drink. The instructor was skilled and personable, really the saving grace of the evening. This class was a wedding gift through Zola and we would not book again if we had the opportunity—we would look for a nicer company.
