Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering three-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with an incredible selection of tapas including croquetas de bacalao, pan con tomate, and papas bravas.
Next, you’ll learn how to prepare a traditional paella a la Valenciana, complete with shrimp, clams, mussels, chicken, sausage, saffron, and seasonal vegetables. For the grand finale, you’ll indulge in a silky crema Catalana made with eggs, milk, cream, orange, lemon, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
