Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering five-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with a comforting bowl of miso soup made with seaweed, dashi, tofu, and scallions.
Next, roll up your sleeves and create three incredible sushi rolls: spicy tuna, California, and Alaskan. Learn the art of layering, rolling, and cutting each piece using perfectly cooked rice, seafood, and crisp vegetables. For the grand finale, you’ll indulge in a silky, homemade batch of matcha ice cream.
