Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering five-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with vibrant mozzarella caprese featuring cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
Then, master the art of handmade pasta while preparing three incredible dishes: agnolotti del plin, cavatelli al pesto rosso, and fettuccine ai funghi e tartufo. Finally you’ll end on a sweet note with heavenly gelato affogato, a delicious dessert combining vanilla ice cream and espresso.
