What happens on the day
Step into a pastry paradise!
In just over 2 hours, you'll master the art of cannoli making – from creating the perfect dough to filling these iconic treats, and everything in between. Your expert instructor will guide you through every step with a detailed demonstration, then it's your turn to shine.
You’ll begin by carefully kneading, baking, and forming your cannoli into stunning shells. Then, fill each cannoli with a classic ricotta cream and top with your choice of powdered sugar, crushed pistachio. or chocolate chips.
The cherry on top? Everything you need to create four delicious cannoli will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets – so you can show off your new baking skills from home.
