What happens on the day
Get ready to take your taste buds to the hills of Italy (no passport required)!
In just 2 hours, you'll master the art of gnocchi making – from crafting the perfect dough to cooking each piece, and everything in between. Your expert instructor will start with a detailed demonstration, then it's your turn to shine!
First, carefully roll and cut your dough into beautiful, pillow-shaped dumplings. Then, you’ll pleat each piece before boiling them to perfection. For the grand finale, you’ll smother your creations in a classic Pomodoro with fresh basil sauce or a rich brown butter sage sauce.
The cherry on top? Everything you need to create gorgeous gnocchi will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets – so you can show off your new cooking skills from home.
