What happens on the day
Fruit, meet booze.
This exclusive 75-minute tasting takes place at Drunken Fruit, a unique micro-distillery venue in Red Hook that specializes in aging real fruit in a proprietary blend of alcohol. The result? Deliciously boozy bites that are perfect for dessert toppings, cocktail garnishes, wine or champagne pairings, or eating straight out of the jar.
Discover fruit that’s been aged for three months to over 10 years while enjoying a curated menu of savory bites, dessert pairings, and craft beverages. Of course, a Drunken Fruit expert will guide you through the tasting, sharing the story behind the process and introducing you to unexpected flavor combinations.
From sweet and juicy to rich and complex, every bite offers a new way to experience fruit. Whether you’re a curious foodie, a cocktail lover, or simply looking for a Brooklyn experience that’s anything but ordinary, this is one tasting you’ll never forget!
