No, passengers of all ages are allowed. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Infants under the age of 2 years old will sit on parents’ laps at no additional charge.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted if your experience falls within the provider’s peak season (April–September and November–January). Rescheduling during peak dates is allowed up to 72 hours in advance and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
For experiences scheduled outside of peak dates, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled experience, and may also incur a fee.
No-shows, or failure to cancel/reschedule at least 72 hours in advance, will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

Unfortunately there were only seperate seats available when we booked. But we arrived early and the managed to seat us together on an earlier flight. That was perfect! Experience was great, 25 min flight is also enough to see everything.
