Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

The food on the special menu for the Virgin Experience was great - good portions and delicious. We were told that our voucher only provided a $10 tip so we left extra for our waitress since that didn’t seem like a fair amount. So I would challenge the fine print that says tip is included. Otherwise, a great experience!
Received a gift (Virgin Experience) 3-Course Menu dinner for Two, and enjoyed the experience. Of course, there is a special menu tailored for the experience, but it was plentiful and we left full. We started with the Caramelized Goat cheese (my date didn't add anything and boy was it a good size!) and I had the Ayza's Guac, which was nice and refreshing. For mains, he had the cheeseburger, which looked fresh and nicely sized and I had the Caio E Pepe pasta and added Lobster - it was a great portion (I probably didn't have to finish the whole thing!). Dessert was perfectly sized, nothing overwhelming and great taste. We shared the coconut flan (so fresh and sponges, loved the crispy coconut chips) and Warm Lava chocolate cake, perfect portions and great chocolate flavor without being overwhelming. Morgan was our server - she was friendly, attentive and engaging enough without being annoying. Love the cozy vibes inside and minimalistic decor.
