What happens on the day
Located on the border between US and Canada, Niagara Falls is one of the most powerful waterfalls in the world. Niagara Falls consists of three separate falls, and it is estimated that an astonishing 700,000 gallons of water flow over the rims of American, Bridal Veil, and Horseshoe Falls every second. See all of these falls in action on this incredible 2-day excursion!
Departing from New York City, your 2-day trip to Niagara will start when you meet up with your expert, handpicked tour guide. Board an air-conditioned bus or van and begin your journey north to the US border.
Depending on the season, you’ll take in beautiful views of the Delaware Water Gap, Watkins Glen State Park, or Montour Falls. Tour the US side of Niagara and take in remarkable views of American Falls, Goat Island, and 3 Sisters Islands. Before heading to bed in your private hotel room, enjoy a nighttime light show on the roaring falls.
Day 2 will begin with a continental breakfast at your hotel and will bring you up close to the magnificent Horseshoe Falls. Summer itineraries will include a sightseeing boat tour aboard The Maid of the Mist where you will cruise to the base of this thundering waterfall. In the winter, you will be treated to a tour of the Scenic Tunnels.
Depart from Niagara and head back south towards NYC. Before saying goodbye to your guide, treat yourself to a shopping excursion at one of the large outlet malls along the way back into the city.
