What happens on the day
No plane, no parachute, no problem! Fly, free fall and plummet through the air without any risk.
This iFly indoor skydiving experience takes place in a state-of-the-art vertical wind tunnel, where you’ll float weightlessly on a cushion of air. But just because it’s safe, doesn’t mean your heart won’t be racing.
Slip on your flight suit, strap on your helmet, and adjust your protective goggles for an adventure of a lifetime. Your experienced and accredited instructor will lead you through a training session, where you’ll learn things like body positions and hand signals that will help you get the most out of your flight. And then it’s time to step into the wind.
Your instructor will be by your side to offer tips and pointers as the tunnel fills with rushing wind and you're lifted off your feet. Hover above the ground and spin through the air before touching back down on solid ground. Then, catch your breath and get ready to fly again!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- Participants must be at least 3 years old
- Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent waiver
- Individuals that weigh over 260 pounds may not be able to fly
- Flyers must be in good physical condition with no medical history of heart, neck or back problems, or previous shoulder dislocations
- For safety reasons, women who are pregnant should not fly

What is indoor skydiving?
Indoor Skydiving is the closest thing to skydiving you'll ever get without having to jump out of an airplane. In the tunnel, an expert instructor will assist you 1-on-1. Before you know it, you'll lean directly into the wind flow and lift into the air!
Can I do tricks and flips in the tunnel?
No. Tricks or flips are not allowed.
Is indoor skydiving safe?
Yes! The tunnel's unique design allows flyers to safely enjoy their flight session. Plus, an expert flight instructor will be with you throughout the entire flight experience.
How old do you have to be to fly?
Flyers must be at least 3 years old. A waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for anyone under the age of 18.
Are there any weight restrictions?
Yes. Flyers cannot exceed 300 pounds. Additionally, in order to provide a safe experience, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 pounds. At check in, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 pounds can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
