Tandem Skydiving Near Philadelphia

My instructor (Matt) was very good at putting me at ease throughout the whole process. I have been more afraid driving on the highway than I was skydiving!

I went on a tandem skydive (my first jump) in New Jersey. Everyone there was absolutely great to be around and to work with. They made the whole experience so much better by being very welcoming and helpful. My jump went as smoothly as I expected it would, since it was clear that everyone there knew what they were doing and were very careful. For anyone that's never skydived before, I can't tell you how amazing an experience it. I've been fortunate enough to be able to do a few things I really love in recent years, but nothing can really touch this for sheer impact. It's definitely something you can never forget. My only "downers" were that I wish there were some way I could have arrived at the facility closer to my jump time, as my wait time was extremely long. It would have been helpful to have been given more information as to how I'd know which load I was assigned, and when I should be ready to go. Considering how incredible this experience is, these points didn't really take away from it for me, but I'm a really patient guy. :)

I used points from my bank card to get this experience for my husband. He has been wanting to jump out of a plane for a while. When I booked the experience and spoke with your representative Tanya, she was great and had an easy time. The day of my husband having his experience, we got there at 1pm as per his email from Cloud9., however, we had to wait because they could not find the payment information from your company. They had him in the line for 45 minutes trying to find out why there was no payment from Cloud9. They ( Skyfall Experience) tried to contact your company but you were closed. The young lady from the front almost did not allow him to jump, until her supervisor Chris, who says their company has worked with Cloud9 before, allowed my husband to jump. Booking was easy, but having to wait for the experience was difficult. Having to worry if he was even going to be able to jump was also hard. He had been waiting for the experience for 5 years. Overall, it was a great time, you guys just need to be able to be open on weekends if there is an issue.

This was the most amazing thing I have ever done in my life!!!!! I did this jump with my son who turned 18, and I just turned 50. So this was something special to both of us. I truly cannot wait to do this again!! Words cannot explain what this was like... There is just so much to take in while you are in the air!!I Can not wait to do this again!!! Thank you so much for all of your help with my experience!!! Truly amazing!!!

My experience had some issues. There was a weather delay which was fine. However, the registration/ check in staff was I pet. They were not friendly and very uncooperative! They refused to give any information as to what was going on with the groups and time frame of Jim S. they were, in my opinion allof and uncooperative. Also, my photographer had done my video aim a timely fashion, however, it had to bereft at the manifest counter as I was in the restroom. When I went to the counter to inquire about my DVD, their answer was he was on another jump and I would have to wait. When he returned and saw me still there, he asked how I liked my video, and I told him I was still waiting for it. He was astounded that it had not been given to me as he left it at the desk 45 minutes before....having completed it PRIOR to his next jump. I went back to the counter, looked around ( no one was there) and saw it sitting there. Truly unacceptable! If only the reception staff was as competent and awesome as the instructors and photographers!!!
