What happens on the day
Grab a whisk, it's macaron baking time!
In just 2.5 hours, you’ll learn how to pipe and assemble a gorgeous batch of French macarons. Your expert pastry chef instructor will treat you to a detailed demonstration, and then, it's your turn to shine! Mix up your meringue before piping each macaron onto a baking sheet.
Once perfectly baked, you’ll fill each cookie with an incredible filling. You'll even get to explore and experiment with different flavor profiles and filling techniques. No matter what, you’ll fall in love at first bite!
Everything you need to create mouthwatering macarons will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets – so you can show off your new baking skills at home.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
