Start your day by meeting your friendly shuttle driver outside of your hotel. After a short ride, you will see the stunning rock formations appear in front of you. Once on site, your tour guides will give a brief safety class, and, before you know it, you will be fitted with a helmet and secured into your dune buggy. Feel the wind in your hair as you experience first-hand one of the top, off-road riding areas in the United States - The Valley of Fire! World renowned for its beautiful rock formations and striking red sand, the Valley of Fire is not to be missed if you are visiting the area. Should I tip my shuttle driver and desert guide?
Shuttle drivers and desert guides give their best to provide an excellent service and it is customary to tip. How much to tip is completely at your discretion and not a requirement, but much appreciated. A general guideline would be $5 to $10 per group for your shuttle driver and $10 to $20 per buggy for your desert guide.
Are there any age requirements?
The minimum age to ride is 4 years old and 16 years old with a valid driver's license to drive.
