What happens on the day
Chiseled out by millions of years’ worth of flood erosion and impactful winds on its Navajo sandstone walls, the Upper Antelope Canyon, also known as “The Crack,” has been sculpted into a solemn place of wonder. And on this all-day tour, you’ll venture into its otherworldly landscape for an incredible encounter with nature!
Your journey begins when you meet your local expert Navajo guide, who will lead you to the entrance and onto the floor of the canyon. With walls reaching up to 120 feet high, you will find yourself surrounded by a fantastical world made of rocks and sand.
Take advantage of the many photo opportunities to capture the colors and textures. The wider openings at the top of Upper Antelope Canyon allow in stunning beams of sunlight that dance off the sandstone, causing the colors to change moment by moment. Because of the hike over sand and rocks, this tour is not recommended for anyone who has mobility issues. It is strongly recommended that participants be able to walk unassisted and are in reasonably good physical condition.
How much walking will we do?
The hike to Horseshoe Bend Overlook is a 1.5-mile roundtrip (2.4 km) hike over sand and rocks.

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
