What happens on the day
Sunset, s’mores, and kayaking—does it get any better than that?
Your adventure begins at the Hemenway Harbor boat ramp. After meeting your expert guide, you'll slip into a state-of-the-art kayak and glide across the serene waters of Lake Mead, surrounded by stunning desert landscapes and the beautiful Boulder Islands.
As the sun begins to set, you’ll pull your kayak onto a peaceful island beach, where a roaring campfire awaits. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a catered dinner before roasting marshmallows and indulging in mouthwatering s’mores. After dinner, you can even cool off with a refreshing swim in the lake.
For the grand finale, you’ll paddle back to Hemenway Harbor beneath the starry night sky. With a soft light guiding your way, this is one of the most magical experiences on Lake Mead!

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- National Recreation Area entrance fees are not included
- Paddlers under the age of 13 must ride tandem with an adult
- Kayaks, paddles, personal flotation devices, and permits are included

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is canceled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
