Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering three-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Begin with authentic Korean mandu, dumplings with house-made wrappers, savory pork filling, and a flavorful dipping sauce.
Next, create stone bowl kimchi fried rice with a fresh fried egg and Spam, an extremely popular ingredient in South Korea. For the grand finale, you’ll learn how to make kimchi pickles, sesame soy-braised potatoes, and bulgogi-marinated chicken lettuce wraps.
