Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering five-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with a delicious batch of pork spring rolls and sweet chili dipping sauce. Then, enjoy the perfect bowl of shrimp dumpling soup followed by an authentic Chinese rice hot pot with soy sauce, egg, sausage, and scallions.
Next, you’ll practice your stir fry skills using fresh, seasonal vegetables and an incredible homemade vegetable glaze. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with subtly sweet homemade Chinese almond cookies.
