Your balloon adventure begins before sunrise to capture the beautiful dawn light.
Experience the thrill of this historic means of travel. Your friendly pilot will discuss ballooning and detail important scenery below. After approximately one hour of tranquil flight your balloon will be guided to landing.

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- Passengers must at least be in fair physical condition and able to stand for at least an hour
- Participants must weigh less than 250 lbs, at least 5 years of age, and be over 44 inches tall to see over the basket
- Flight includes a champagne and sit-down breakfast after the flight
- Please note: All guests must call the evening before their flight (between 5-6pm) for a weather check. Further instructions will be provided upon booking.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date with the experience provider directly will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather, a refund will not be given but you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.

I'm happy I chose to do the hot air balloon ride as it's a neat experience. For men, however, I didn't like the constant sound and heat from the burners. It took away from the peacefulness of floating. The guide was great, however, and made the experience more enjoyable.
