Your hands-on class kicks off in a unique Las Vegas venue. From local restaurants and bars to private studios, you’ll create chocolatey treats in a fun and lively environment. Plus, all ingredients and equipment are included, so all you have to bring is your sweet tooth.
With your expert instructor leading the way, you’ll learn how to make both vegan and traditional truffles. First, you’ll stir together your ingredients before letting the mixture chill. Then, it’s time to scoop, shape, and dust each delicious truffle with powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
While your truffle mixture chills, you’ll turn your attention to another sweet favorite: crêpes! Learn how to create the perfect batter and master the art of the ultimate pan flip.
