Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the unlikely event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.

It was a prerecorded trip. No individual speaker to engage the audience. Looking at the two buses in front of us, which had live individual speakers engaging the audience. It was a ok bus tour at best.
