Once you book your dining experience, your chef will reach out to discuss the menu. Choose from a wide variety of a la carte options to create the perfect meal. Then on the night, simply welcome your personal chef into your home, which will soon be filled with exquisite aromas.
Bringing everything they need with them – including ingredients, equipment, cleaning supplies, and a sparkling personality – all you need to do is pour the drinks and enjoy the evening together. What will we be eating?
The menu is a la carte. Once you book your chef, they will contact you to plan the meal around your tastes and preferences.
What about dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Menus can be created to accommodate any allergies or dietary needs. Please let your experience provider know of any special needs at the time of booking.
Do I need to provide anything for the chef?
No. Your chef will bring everything they need with them. All you have to do is enjoy the meal!
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 7 days prior to the experience. All cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to additional fees. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

My husband and I received this experience as a gift. Chef Jasmine was the absolute best! In our first conversations, Chef Jasmine helped us craft the perfect menu based on what we saw on her website and our tastes. When the day came, she showed up with her own equipment and got right to work in our kitchen. My husband and I feasted on 5 courses: wedge salad, tomato bisque, maryland crabcakes, lobster tail and ribeye, and salted caramel cheese cake. Every single course was sooo good. An added bonus was that Chef Jasmine had a warm personality that made having her in our house a pleasure. I highly reccommend the experience and Chef Jasmine!
