What happens on the day
This 2.5-hour, guided Zipline Canopy Tour is the perfect way to escape the daily grind. Treat yourself to an adventure in the trees just minutes outside the city!
Your tour will begin with a quick safety briefing, also known as Ground School. During Ground School, your professional guides will make sure all the equipment fits properly and that all participants are ready for the adventure at hand.
Next, it's time for the fun to begin! You will be treated to a short ATV ride to the beginning of the course. From there, 2 guides will lead your small group throughout the course. As you work your way through the 14 exciting ziplines, you will traverse a series of spiral staircases, and even a 170-ft suspension bridge! Each zip will last longer, and take you higher into the trees. Your final zipline will be the longest and fastest yet at nearly 1200 ft long and beginning at a height of 175 ft in the air. It will be an unforgettable adventure and is sure to get your heart pumping!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are permitted up to 7 days prior to your booked date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour will not be refunded or rescheduled, but can be transferred to another guest. In the event the provider cancels your tour due to unsafe conditions, you can reschedule with the experience provider or receive Virgin Gifts credit for the value of the experience.
