Your 90-minute tour will begin when you meet up with your professional guide outside the Zephyr Theatre. Watch out for apparitions as your guide fills you in on this old train depot’s dark secrets and legends.
Listen to even more spooky stories as you pass by the Lolito Cantina, the Lowell Inn, the home of Austin Jenks, and so much more. You’ll feel goosebumps cover your body as you walk along the shoreline of the St. Croix River. Hear the tale of Fisherman John who used to fish along this river for missing bodies.
Next, you'll discover the mysteries of the Luna Rossa Caves. Also known as the Bootlegger Caves, this underground system was set up as a haunted house in the 1940s. Legend has it that things got a little out of hand when real ghosts started appearing for the guests.
Your evening of ghosts and ghouls will conclude at the Warden’s House Museum. Over the years, this historic mansion has housed 13 wardens…and several spirits. If you’re lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of one as it floats past a darkened window.

Once you have scheduled a date and have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
