What happens on the day
Come hungry, Minneapolis’ best bites await!
Your food tour kicks off at a lively food hall in the heart of the North Loop. Here, you’ll meet your expert guide and get an introduction to the city’s fascinating history. From there, you’ll visit six unique eateries, sampling signature dishes and local favorites, such as coal-fired pizza, classic Minnesota-style beer-battered cheese curds, locally crafted ice cream, and a surprise secret dish (tastings are subject to change).
After discovering the North Loop, you’ll make your way into St. Anthony Main, one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. Admire views of the Mississippi River as you cross the Hennepin Avenue Bridge. Then, listen as your guide shares stories of flour barons, fur traders, and new-generation chefs while you wander the neighborhood’s cobblestone streets.
Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is Minneapolis like you’ve never experienced (or tasted) before!
