Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have submitted your booking and received a confirmation, all bookings for this experience may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to your booked date. Once within 72 hours of the booked date, all bookings are final. If you experience is cancelled by the experience provider due to weather or a maintenance issue on the aircraft, you may reschedule directly with the experience provider.
