Full Moon Canoe Trip in Boston

It is a very relaxing and fun experience. The learning aspect further accents the experience!

The portion of the river that we traveled and the lights on the canoes were lovely, but the guide wasn't very good and the snacks they said that they provided turned out to just be fizzy water and cookies.

There was no mention of this being a full moon event; made it very difficult to schedule with such limitations on dates. That should be made more clear on the event description. Once there, the guides were kind and helpful in loading-but not very helpful with direction on rowing. While out in the water I asked a technique question (how to best go straight) and the answer was "I should have mentioned that." When they spoke about the history/fun facts- they didn't project voice very well-it was very hard to hear. We were late getting started, and when we got to the turnaround point, we still randomly stopped a few times on the return--it was confusing--are we stopping? Why are we stopping? There was no more history or commentary, so why stop? We finished late too as a result and on a Sunday night that is frustrating because it didn't have to be so slow/so many stops. Finally, it should be mentioned to the rowers in the briefing to be aware of other canoes. We were telling people if we were approaching but many others paid no mind to other canoes and we were bumped a few times or hard to make stops to avoid such.
