Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering four-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start by preparing a batch of char siu pork that you’ll spoon into soft, aromatic lotus-leaf buns.
The main event? You’ll create homemade dumplings for two incredible dishes: pan-fried guoties and vegetable wonton soup. Practice folding techniques including traditional triangles, pleats, and even rose shapes. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with a heavenly batch of sweet and tangy boba ice cream.
The best part? With all tools and ingredients provided, you can focus entirely on cooking, learning, and enjoying your delicious creations.
