If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.

Firstly, the tour was extremely good and would highly recommend. However Virgin Experiences let us down by giving us the wrong location for the meeting point. This was frustrating as we arrived early and waited for 30 mins. We had to contact tour company directly who advised that location we were at had not been the meeting point for a very long time. As a result we missed the start of tour at no fault of own. Virgin experiences need to keep up to date info on their vendors to avoid mishaps like this and to ensure customer has a positive experience from the outset.
