Is there a minimum age to participate?
There are no age restrictions, but children must be able to open and close the door without assistance. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The combined weight limit for a group of 2-3 passengers is 600 lbs; the maximum weight per seat is 300 lbs
What happens if the weather is bad?
In the event of inclement weather, such as high winds, low clouds, low visibility, snow, or rain, the provider will contact you prior to your scheduled tour. The team will offer you the option to reschedule your tour for another date and time free of charge. You need not worry about checking the weather, as you will be informed every step of the way.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 5 days prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 5 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule our experience directly with your experience provider.

Great experience definitely recommend
I received this as a gift 2 years ago. I rescheduled it several times but finally had no more excuses. I hate flying in general so was extremely nervous. I put on my big girl pants and up up and away I went with my husband and daughter. I was asked if I wanted the door on or off. I’m a bit claustrophobic so I chose off.....and sat in the front seat. I had the death grip for the first few minutes but after that I relaxed and truly enjoyed the ride. Aaron our pilot was amazing. Very calm knowing I was a little nervous. It was a beautiful ride. I was in awe. Highly recommend this ride to anyone. I didn’t want to land! And be sure you do it with the door off.
