Buffet Dinner Cruise in Boston

A very nice evening looking out on Boston. Beautiful looking out on the city at night from the water. Table was in a good location for my wife and myself, away from the dance floor so we could talk. Nice to just relax and not worry about issues for a few hours.

The Boston Dinner Cruise was a wonderful experience, the weather, the staff, the crew were all perfect and made the evening an experience we will not forget. I posted our picture on your FB site!

This was one of the best evenings we have experienced in quite some time. My wife and I were given the choice of sitting outside on the 2nd deck of the boat and were treated to some great waterfront scenario and I got to check in on the Sox game occasionally, best of both worlds. Please continue seating people outside as this is a real bonus! The food was really good with lots of variety and the DJ and entertainment was lots of fun. We were celebrating our daughters wedding from last month and this was an awesome gift from her and our son in law. We will be back and will pass on the great experience to friends and family. Kudos to all for making a great evening for us.

Actually got upgraded to the odyssey dinner cruise which was great!!! The 2 hours on a Sunday really wasn’t long enough though. By the time we all got served dinner and dessert the boat was back in port. No time to enjoy music and dance!!! Food and views were great!! Boat was short staff since was one of the first cruises of summer. Help they had worked very hard and were good.

I would recommend the Odyssey dinner cruise over the Spirit of Boston. I've been on both previously and have to say that the quality of food and service, as well as the overall atmosphere on the Odyssey is a lot better than the Spirit of Boston. All of the staff on board were very welcoming and pleasant, but it was hard getting the attention of our server(s) - they seemed to be all over the vessel locating other customers to check on drink orders. I also was a little put out having to wait to settle my tab. I had asked to do so well before the cruise ended as I wanted to just finish the cruise upstairs relaxing with my mother who joined me for the dinner cruise. Instead, we had to return to our seats and wait for our server while watching intoxicated guests dance badly; the server came by with the bill just before we began to dock. Not how I wanted to end the cruise experience, but overall it was just okay.

The cruise was nice, but the value was not appropriate. The cost included a buffet dinner, but no beverages, photos, etc.

Experience was fun. Food did not meet expectations. Alcohol drinks are over-priced.

We had a good time and the boat is beautiful, but I won't do the Boston Diner Cruise again. (For someone who has never experienced something like this it would be geat for them)The food for the buffet was very good, but there was not much of a selection. All we did was go around in circles in the harbor. We were going to have another person in our party pay seperate and go, but think the cost was not applicable to the what we got. The drinks were very expensive. The service was slow.

DInner cruise was not was expected. Expected a more low key dinner. There was terrible music blaring and the only place to avoid the music was outside, but you can't eat out there.

I thought the experience would be more intimate and romantic. Food quality was very poor. Water glasses still had lipstick stains on them. Not elegant at all.

The cruise was overly full,the meal was just OK and the waitstaff forgot about us. We had to get our own water,butter, dessert. They put us at a table in the middle of the isle and we were bumped so much that they moved us to an empty table way in the front of the ship and then promptly forgot we were there. In all fairness, there was a large convention on board and several birthday parties. I wish they had told me, I could have rebooked for another time. I do,not recommend this except for a large croud of people. for individual couples , weekdays would be the best

Food was fine, but the table was located in the middle of the boat with the lights on bright (defeats the purpose of a dinner cruise if you have no view of the water). Better off going to a nice restaurant on land and booking a regular cruise for the money you’d otherwise spend on this experience.
