Your experienced and knowledgeable tour guide will lead you through the neighborhood on a 3.5-hour walking tour. Founded nearly 280 years ago, this town has plenty of history for tourists and locals alike.
Located on the harbor and famous for its maritime past, this neighborhood now boasts the greatest concentration of pubs and bars in the city. Tastings on this tour may include (and are subject to change):
- Handmade sausages used to create the Baltimore Dog
- Traditional Baltimore pit beef
- Local seafood specialties
- 4th generation Greek family recipes
- Locally brewed beers
- Authentic Polish and Eastern European specialties

- Children under the age of 7 who will not be participating in food tastings do not require a ticket, please notify Virgin Gifts at the time of booking if you will be bringing an infant or young child along with you
- All tastings are included in the price
- Visit 3-5 restaurants for tastings that will happily fill most stomachs
- Notify Virgin Gifts of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking

The food tour was awesome and Mary Margaret was a terrific guide. Even my hard-to-impress teen loved it. We all said we were happy with the variety and trying food that we wouldn’t have ordered on our own.
