What an adventure! In a day filled with wonderful activities to celebrate our 1 year anniversary, my wife and I took an aerial tour of New Orleans via Cloud 9. The customer service on the part of the pilot, Wayne, was incredible - brilliant sense of humor, super kind, and very courteous. The ride was unbelievably smooth and afterward my wife and I both remarked that it felt like we were floating above the city without a care in the world. Sweeping 360-degree views will take your breath away as you pass over cemeteries, neighborhoods, business districts, and famous sites of the city. Your friendly FAA-certified Commercial Pilot will describe the local landmarks and cultural gems as you pass over them at an altitude of 1,500 feet.

Essential Information
- The total weight of both participants must be less than 450 lbs. No individual can weigh over 300 lbs.
- Children 4 years old and younger that will be sitting on an adult's lap are free of charge, but must be noted at the time of booking
- All participants 5 years and older need to have a full-priced ticket
- Please make a note at the time of booking if you are interested in seeing a specific landmark, the pilot will try to accommodate your request
- Gratuity is included in the cost of this experience

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience with the experience provider directly. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
