Working in your own kitchen or your expert instructor’s, you’ll craft a mouthwatering five-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with a comforting bowl of miso soup, brimming with tofu, dashi, and shiitake mushrooms. Next, assemble a vibrant edamame salad with pickled ginger, avocado, and almonds.
The main event? Roll up your sleeves to create two sushi rolls: a classic California roll and a spicy shrimp inside-out roll, while mastering essential knife and rolling techniques. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with a batch of miso butter cookies, deliciously elevated with white miso and sesame seeds.
