Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

We enjoyed the Naperville Beef Wellington for 2. We followed the booking instructions exactly with the special instructions in the reservation and didn't have any issues using the voucher - we didn't have to explain it at all. We got to pick any 3 appetizers - we chose the crab cake, tuna tartare, and the roasted bone marrow. All were good, but we enjoyed the tuna tartare and crab cake the best. Then we had the beef wellington - the potatoes that came with it were so smooth and the dish was excellent. Then for dessert we got to pick any 2 - we got the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate pot de creme. We loved the sticky toffee pudding, and we were a bit too full to finish the chocolate pot de creme. We did order 2 cocktails (we knew drinks weren't included) and we were billed for only the cocktails at the end as expected. Overall, a really seamless experience with excellent service from Ramsay's Kitchen Naperville.
Food and services was great. Only issue was that the restaurant initially had no knowledge of the gift card or the process.
