Your 60 or 90-minute session begins with a custom energy reading. Using a variety of methods like chakra assessment or palmistry, your expert instructor will assess your unique energy levels, blockages, and overall balance.
Based on these insights, your instructor will lead you through a personalized yoga session and aerial meditation. Work through a series of tailored poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques—all designed to help you release energy blockages and align your mind and body.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Monday - 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Tuesday through Thursday - 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Friday and Satuday - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
