What happens on the day

Your day at the Chicagoland Speedway starts with a classroom briefing led by an expert instructor covering track safety, driving techniques, and how to handle a 500-horsepower race car. Then, you’ll gear up in a racing suit and helmet before taking your place behind the wheel. During your timed session, your instructor will communicate with you through your helmet radio, ensuring you make the most out of every thrilling minute.
Out on the track, you'll fly down straightaways, navigate thrilling turns, and confidently pass slower drivers as you experience the adrenaline of real stock car. After your drive, you’ll receive a printed certificate displaying your top speed. And the best part? With this flexible racing package, you'll have access to a variety of time slots, including sessions during peak hours (pending availability).

About the Chicagoland Speedway
Opening in 2001, Chicagoland Speedway was one of the first motorsports facilities in the Chicago area and is one of NASCAR's newer tracks. This 1.5-mile, D-shaped, tri-oval track is known for hosting a number of NASCAR events every year.

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Important Details
Essential Information
- Participants must be a minimum of 5'0'' and 100 lbs in order to participate, and a maximum of 6'7" and 280 lbs
- Participants must be in good overall physical condition
- A valid driver's license is required
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian who must sign a consent form
- Vehicles are manual transmission (stick shift), however the crew is happy to assist you if you need a little help
- Pricing includes a $39 drivers fee that covers accidental insurance coverage, souvenir racing license and ear buds
- Photos and video packages are available for purchase at the track
- Feel free to bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages
- Some seating is provided, however, it is recommended to bring lawn chairs to guarantee a seat for any spectators

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation all bookings are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once you have scheduled a date. If you need to reschedule, you have up until 30 days prior to your reservation to make changes for a $50 administrative fee. Once you are within 30 days of the event, you are then locked in to that date and time and no changes can be made.
